STUDIO POLICY & TERMS

BOOKING FEE:

A $100 NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE booking fee is required to secure a date and time for services.
The booking fee is credited towards your service.
Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in forfeit of booking fee.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due in CASH, VENMO, or ZELLE the day of your appointment. Booking fee & Service are nonrefundable.

RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW

If you need to reschedule, we do require 7 days in advance notice otherwise booking fee is forfeited.
Any reschedules under 7 days will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and a new booking will be required.
You may reschedule once only, a new deposit is required for additional reschedules.
No shows will result in forfeit of booking fee and will get charged 100% of the service fee.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late please let me know ASAP. If you are more than 20 minutes late and I can’t accomodate you, then the appointment will be cancelled and will result in forfeiture of booking fee. You may schedule another appointment but another booking fee will be required.

COURSE TERMS & POLICY

COMMITMENT FEE

A $500-$1000 NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE commitment fee is required to secure a date and time for a course.
The commitment fee is credited towards your course
Cancelling your course for any reason will result in forfeit of commitment fee.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due in CASH, VENMO, or ZELLE on the day of your course. Commitment fee & course are nonrefundable/nontransferable.

RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW FOR COURSES

If you need to reschedule, we do require 10 days in advance notice otherwise commitment fee is forfeited.
You may reschedule once only. We will require an additional $500 commitment fee for a new date, both deposits will be taken off of the full course. This is a courtesy reschedule. Failure to show to specify date of the course will result in forfeiture of both commitment deposits.
